Interpersonal communication
Throughout my extensive career, I have consistently demonstrated strong interpersonal communication skills, complemented by comprehensive training in communication, active listening, and mediation. My experience as a military intelligence analyst in the U.S. Army provided me with rigorous training in communication, critical thinking, and strategic planning. In this role, I effectively conveyed complex intelligence reports to both peers and superiors, ensuring clear and efficient operations. My military training included courses on effective communication, active listening, and mediation techniques, essential for collaborating with diverse teams.
In addition to my military background, my Junior ROTC Leadership Training further developed my communication abilities. The Intermediate Leadership Development Program and the Advanced Leadership, Education, and Training Program included extensive coursework in oral and written communication, emphasizing leadership and team coordination. These programs honed my skills in conveying messages clearly and listening attentively to team members' concerns.
Professionally, I have applied these communication skills in various roles. At Adler Pelzer Group, I communicated quality control standards and procedures to ensure team alignment with operational goals.
